New Project Management

Project management and engineering support are critical in the development of innovative new products based on APQP clauses. Polyplas maintains the education, experience and training required to manage large, complex projects while consistently achieving projects scope and attaining product specification.

Review meetings with the customer are conducted as the project progresses from one phase to the next. Critical information such as design data, engineering analysis, project schedules and issue tracking is constantly reviewed and updated timely.

Our multi-disciplined engineering teams have access to the latest advances in materials, tooling, processing, and assembly. During initial customer engagement, through project development and production ramp, our APQP team will be involved to ensure all products are delivered within specification and on-time delivery.

A specially dedicated APQP Team with all the ISO/TS process competency. Thus, we could dispatch our APQP team to your development center for project coordination / transfer activities.
