Polyplas has vast experience in assembly line, we provide assembly for our manufactured plastic part assemble with rubber, metal, casting, label, screws and etc.

The manufacturing processes, or assembly line concepts, are deemed economically viable if the product is made within a given take time, meets the critical product characteristic specifications, produces a minimal amount of scrap and down time while utilizing the minimal amount of resources.

Polyplas will work together with the customer’s product design and process teams and develop the Assembly Line Concepts that will viably satisfy both the product design and business plan.
